Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Cathy Huffman. I am a Mortgage Advisor with Century 21 Mortgage. I have been with my company for 5 years and in the mortgage business for 21 years. In an industry where 7 out of 10 loan officers are new to the business, it is unusual to find a loan officer with my years of experience.

I began my career as a loan processor. My job was to review documents and send a complete file to underwriting to allow for an on-time closing. This base of knowledge allows me to work with you to have a complete document package from the beginning and get you to closing quickly.

In a world where good customer service is the exception, you will find that my level of customer service will exceed your expectations. I return all my calls the same day. I will ask you for loan documentation and review it prior to sending it to underwriting. We will work together to properly document your file and get the loan completed as quickly as possible. 95% of my customers would refer me to their friends and family. I pride myself in having your closing documents to your attorney or title company 3 days prior to closing. The industry average is to have the package to closing the day of closing.

I am an expert in the following areas: Jumbo financing (loans above $359,650), new construction loans, manufactured housing, first time homebuyers, credit challenges, FHA and VA loans.

When I am not working (which is all the time ? even weekends!), I take classes in a wide variety of areas. Currently I am learning to speak Spanish. I also garden, knit and read 3 books per week.
